Our bodies and breath have stories to tell…

Hello and welcome…

My name is Andy, and I am a Body-centered Counselor trained in the Hakomi Method and Yoga Therapist.

I can support you in working with issues of chronic pain, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, and in cultivating a more mindful and compassionate perspective.

I am also a songwriter, musician, and father.

I’ve always had a strong passion for self-study, therapeutic movement and the healing potential of relationships.

Furthermore, I believe wholeheartedly in the responsibility to do my own work and to teach/guide from experience.

For the past 16 years, I’ve been providing one on one Yoga based Movement Therapy in a medical clinic. Through this work, I’ve come to see the intimate relationship between our mind, emotions and body. This led me to study Hakomi, a mindfulness and body-centered approach to psychotherapy, in order to gain insight and tools into supporting first myself and now others.

I look forward to hearing from you and discovering how I can support you.
