A little bit about me

A life with intention and purpose was born when I began practicing yoga nearly 30 years ago. The integration of breath, body and the resulting mindfulness started me on a journey that led me here.

After many years of personal and professional practice, I came to understand that our life experiences and resulting thoughts and beliefs affect our bodies in profound ways. This eventually led me to the Hakomi Method of Therapy, first as a client, and now as a practitioner to share this transformational work with others.

It’s been a long journey coming to understand myself and doing the critical work of transformation. I’ve found that parts of this journey can be done alone, but others need the support, guidance and compassion of another. I offer a safe and open space for you to explore whatever it is you choose to bring.

I look forward to connecting…
